Key Concepts
Structured Data
Structured Data is a repository that stores refined and organized information utilized by the agent.
Like a RDB(Relational database) or spreadsheet, it systematically manages data based on a defined schema (data structure).

Accurate Referencing: With clearly structured data, agents can reference information precisely and make correct decisions without misclassification or misunderstanding.
Efficient Classification and Search: Data can be categorized, filtered, and searched according to defined criteria (columns), allowing quick access to relevant information even in large datasets.
Reliable Automation Support: Provides reference data required for executing business rules or conditional logic, ensuring stable workflow automation.
