Structured Data

Structured Data is a repository that stores refined and organized information utilized by the agent.

Like a RDB(Relational database) or spreadsheet, it systematically manages data based on a defined schema (data structure).

  • Accurate Referencing: With clearly structured data, agents can reference information precisely and make correct decisions without misclassification or misunderstanding.

  • Efficient Classification and Search: Data can be categorized, filtered, and searched according to defined criteria (columns), allowing quick access to relevant information even in large datasets.

  • Reliable Automation Support: Provides reference data required for executing business rules or conditional logic, ensuring stable workflow automation.

Creating and Managing Structured Data

  • Create Storage: Click +Create Storage at the top right and enter the storage name and description.

  • Select Data Structure: Choose an existing structure from the field, or click +Create Data Structure to define a new one.

  • View Table: Click a storage item from the list to view a predefined table based on the selected data structure.

  • Manage Data: Click Edit Mode to modify data directly, or use the import/export functions to manage your dataset efficiently.
