Key Features
Agentria is a collaboration-friendly platform that allows you to invite members and share your workspace and projects.
Invited members can access shared resources and collaborate according to the permissions granted to them.
Inviting Members to a Workspace

From the main screen, open the sidebar and navigate to Members.
Here, you can invite members using their email addresses.
Please note that the invited email must already be registered with Agentria.
You can check the number of available seats in the table.
If you need additional seats, you must upgrade your plan.
Once the Invite Member button becomes active, click it to add members to your workspace.
You can assign permissions during the invitation process.
Full : Can create and access projects
View : Can access only shared projects

Invited members can be removed by clicking the More(…) menu.
The workspace owner can also modify member permissions.
Inviting Members to Project

After inviting members to the workspace, you can assign permissions at the project level.
Open the project to which you want to invite members.

Click the Project Members tab at the bottom of the sidebar to open the sharing popup.
Enter the email address of the member you want to invite.
Only members already added to the workspace can be selected for project sharing.
You can set permissions for the project as follows.
Can Edit : Permission to modify the project
Can Comment : Permission to leave comments (no editing access)
Can View : View-only access (no editing or commenting)

The invited member can now access the shared workspace and project with their account.
By collaborating in Agentria, you can expand workflows and implement real services.
For security, it is recommended to update or revoke the permissions of members who are no longer participating in the collaboration.
