How do we use your data?

1. When you register for Agentria

  • We collect your name and email address when you sign up for an account, in order to establish a contract that enables you to access our platform.

  • We use PostHog (analytics tool) to better understand how users interact with our product and to improve user experience.

  • Payment processing (including billing address and credit card information) is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

  • We do not use any personal data (including data received via third-party services) for developing, improving, or training AI/ML models.

  • We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties except for the purposes mentioned here.

  • You may delete your Agentria account directly via the product.

2. When you deploy Agentria Ability or Agent

  • If you opt-in, we may collect your email address to contact you about usage.

  • For paid plans, we collect name, email address, company information, billing contact details.

  • Payments are processed by Paddle (address + credit card details).

  • We collect selected anonymous usage data to improve security, product stability, and user experience.

  • You may disable data collection at any time in your settings.

  • We do not use personal data for AI/ML training or transfer to unauthorized third parties.

3. Community Forum Participation

  • When signing up, we collect your email address or social login handle.

  • You can delete your forum account by contacting us at support@agentria.ai.

4. Events & Conferences

  • When you attend our events (or third-party events we host), we may collect name, address, email, phone number for registration and networking purposes.

  • Photos and videos may be taken at our events for promotional use. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

5. Contact & Customer Support

  • When you contact us (email, website, product), we collect name and contact details to respond to your inquiry.

6. Social Media Engagement

  • When you engage with us on social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Facebook), we may process your handle, name, email under our legitimate interest to respond.

7. Newsletters & Marketing Updates

  • If you opt-in, we use your name + email to send news updates.

  • If you have not opted-in but receive updates, we rely on legitimate interest to promote our business.

  • You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting us.

8. Expert & Affiliate Programs

  • When registering as an Agentria Expert or Affiliate, we collect name, email, company details to communicate with you.

9. Website Technical Information

  • With your cookie consent, we collect technical usage data (analytics, crash logs, device/browser info).

  • We use Google Analytics and PostHog for service optimization.

10. Recruitment (Job Applications)

  • If you apply for a role at Genesis Lab, we collect CV data, contact details, right-to-work documentation, test results, references.

  • Used only for assessing suitability and fulfilling legal obligations.

11. In case of Business Transfer

  • If Genesis Lab, Inc. undergoes a merger, acquisition, or business transfer, your data may be shared with the buyer to continue providing services.

Where is my data stored?

  • Your data is stored in South Korea and the USA region by AWS.

  • If transferred outside of Korea or the EU, we apply additional safeguards in compliance with GDPR and Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

How long do we keep your data?

  • We retain data only as long as necessary for contractual, legal, and operational purposes.

  • After that, data may be anonymized for statistical and research purposes.

What are my rights under data protection laws?

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (“subject access request”)

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Request restriction of processing

  • Request data portability

  • Object to processing (e.g., marketing)

  • Withdraw consent at any time
