• Section 3 (How We Use Your Information): We have added new purposes for processing your data, including managing credit balances, monitoring usage against plan allowances, and executing Auto-Reload transactions.

• Section 7 (Data Retention): Credit purchase and usage records, as well as Auto-Reload transaction logs, will be retained for 7 years from the transaction date for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.

• Section 9 (Cookies and Similar Technologies): We have added Paddle as a third-party cookie provider in connection with payment processing and credit purchase transactions.

What you need to do:

No action is required. Continued use of Agentria after March 30, 2026 constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
