Important Updates to Agentria's Terms of Service – Effective April 28, 2026
Dear Agentria User,
We are writing to inform you that we have updated our Terms of Service, effective March 30, 2026 (30 days from February 28, 2026).
What’s Changing?
We have introduced a new Usage Credits & Overage Charges policy (Section 2) to support our new credit-based billing feature. Key changes include:
Usage Credits: Additional usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance requires prepaid Credits, purchased in advance via your account dashboard.
Auto-Reload: An optional opt-in feature that automatically purchases Credits when your balance falls below a threshold you set.
Credit Expiry: Credits expire one calendar year from the date of purchase confirmation and automatically expire upon account closure.
Refund Policy: Promotional Credits are non-refundable. Purchased Credits may be refunded for unused amounts within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Transferable: Credits may not be transferred or sold to any other person or entity.
We have also updated Section 12 (Consumer Right to Cancel) to clarify cancellation and refund procedures for both subscriptions and Credits.
What you need to do:
No action is required. Continued use of Agentria after March 30, 2026 constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the effective date by contacting us at support@agentria.ai.
